Government Statistics Policy Forum Successfully Held in Shenzhen
On December 29, the Government Statistics Policy Forum was successfully held in Shenzhen, jointly organized by the Center for Government Statistics Modernization at the Renmin University Shenzhen Research Institute (Institute of Advanced Social Sciences) and the School of Statistics at Renmin University of China, with support from Shenzhen Bureau of Statistics. Participants included experts and scholars from institutions such as the Guangdong Bureau of Statistics, Shenzhen Bureau of Statistics, Guangzhou University, Shenzhen University, and Renmin University of China. The forum was chaired by Professor Li Yang, Dean of the RUC School of Statistics.
The forum featured diverse perspectives and valuable insights on building evaluation systems for Chinese modernization, integrating region-specific indicators, and applying multi-source, multimodal data and intelligent technologies to enhance precision and scientific analysis in statistical evaluation.
